Professional HOA Consultants, Inc.  offers automatic debit payment for your monthly assessment.

 Each month, we can debit your account for the amount of the assessment, so you won't have to write a check or stamp an envelope.  Payments are debited on or about the 10th of each month.

 Just download the ACH form here. Fill it out and attach one voided blank check, then mail it to PHOAC, Inc.

You can also make your payments online.  By clicking the Continue below you will be directed to an outside website for payment processing, where you will be asked to enter your Association name.  When the site asks for your account number, please enter only the numbers/letters found AFTER the asterisk in your regular account number.   Please submit your payments a minimum of three (3) business days prior to the due date, to allow for processing.  Payments submitted less than three business days prior to the due date may be subject to late fees.                                   

 

Please note that the account history option on the Dues Payment website only shows the payments made through that site.  To see your full account history, please click on Access My Account, through the Homeowners button above.
