The new solar system has been installed at Hill N' Dale!  The new system is currently saving about 50% on the Association gas bills.

Trash dilemma

Hill N' Dale Board of Directors is seeking your help in keeping Association costs down. There has been a recent trend of placing large heavy items, such as furniture in the trash dumpsters.

Since we are charged by weight, the cost of our waste management will rise if this continues. Higher costs will eventually make their way to homeowners, in the way of higher HOA dues, so please help by taking large items to the dump.
