maintenance needs, you may submit a work order for minor repairs
to areas normally serviced by your Association.
Please include all of your contact information as well as a
complete description of the problem that needs to be addressed.
A representative from our company may call you to clarify any
necessary details.
This link will direct you to a site outside of the Hill N' Dale
website to access your account. You must have your
client number (345), as well as your unit number and password to
login.
(your client number is the first three numbers of your PHOAC
account number).
If you have not registered and obtained a password, please enter
your client number and unit number, and click on "Login" and you
will be taken to a registration screen.
Once you are logged in click on Services to submit a work order.
